Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm GMT may be processed the following business day.

UK Delivery We deliver across the United Kingdom via Evri and Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

International Delivery We ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. FUZEOZ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
